Welcome to Most Blessed Sacrament’s Parish School of Religion
and Faith Formation Ministry Page. We look forward to sharing with you through
the various spiritual programs and activities the joy of living our Catholic
faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ. This page links to most of the basic information that make
up our parish’s catechetical and spiritual formation program. The parish program
is based on the 4 Pillars of Faith as expressed in the Catechism of the Catholic
Church: Catechesis, Sacramental Worship of God, Christian Morality, and
Christian Service.
The parish staff and parish catechists plan a wonderful
spiritual program, but we are only part of the spiritual formation process. God
begins the process - then we must engage ourselves in the call. In other
words, THIS PROCESS DOES NOT WORK WITHOUT US WORKING
TOGETHER (PARENTS,
YOUTH, AND ALL PARISHIONERS). In
order to grow in the Catholic faith, we must be a part of God's team. Our
School of Religion and Faith Formation Program seeks to expose everyone to a variety of Catholic
spiritual traditions during the course of the year; but the exposure means so much more if
these traditions can become important to you and your family. Everyone is invited to all of
the special religious workshops, programs, and worship experiences. We encourage your participation.
Please take time to browse the various department web pages
that describe our parishes complete program. On this page you will
find links to PDF documents for the School of Religion Handbook for our children
and teens, registration forms, etc.
During inclement weather closing information about
